Its a social thing that we have come to be. In some 3rd world countries the men just have 10 wives and pick and choose whoever they want. It's unfair to think men are perverts when society has made it out to be that way.

Depending on how they're raised for the most part....the situations and surrounds they grew up in. I know some guys that are definentally pervs, but then, I know a some guys that respect girls more than that...in fact, most of my Guy-friends are respectable when it comes to that.
