I don't think you can and can't see why you'd want to but i think you can get the thing cut that holds your tongue down so it will be longer, well some people have said that they've done it but I wouldn't recommend it.

U cant make you tongue grow longer. Thats like wanting to make your arm grow longer, you just cant do it
