Take it from an old geezer, If I had to do it over again ( live my life) I would not change a thing. There were some down periods which were unpleasant , there were periods where life was a bit boring. All of these were far outweighed by a childhood and adolescent period with many friends, a stint in the service where few bullets came my way. With a great marriage to the best woman, and three great sons who brought home great spouses and fine grandchildren and have successful careers there is no way I would want to do it over again.Happy with what transpired.

I don't really think of this but if I had the chance to do life over again, I would have never left college the first time. I would have worked part-time and stayed in college full-time and so I would have my masters degree at a young age instead of working my tail off in offices all these years.

I've actually thought about that and, like googie, don't think that I would change anything.

Even though my first wife was not and is not the best of all possible companions, I did have the privilege of raising 5 really neat kids. I can't imagine passing that up.

The only thing that I would like to change is to be able to set and work toward specific goals, which I don't have to do over, just have to start.

If I had to do it all over again, what would I be? Or would I get married again? Or um, I'm confused what's the question again?

I would have married a 5-foot tall asian woman fresh off the boat from Korea or Viet Nam. Other than that, I wouldn't have done anything else in my life differently.

I would do it all exactly the same. Anything different would not lead me to where I am now. With a great wife and child.

"It" meaning college? Nothing. High school? Not punching Steve Silberhorn. Girls? Not being so narcissistic and getting married before I got to be my age.
