i need a creative title for my science fair project. the project involves yeast.i will test sugary liquids to find out which one can substitute for sugar the best. i will then put a balloon to measure how much carbon dioxide has been released. i

By the way, you don't have to change your project, you will just come to that conclusion the other answerer said by the results of your experiment and subsequent research! Your conclusion will include whatever you found out. If the experiment doesn't show what you thought...so what? Just do a good, honest write-up. This is an experiment after all, to find out about the question you asked. No one would even do science fair projects otherwise, because the answers to most of the ones kids do are already known. You do the projects to learn the scientific method!

By the way, I don't know what you were planning on doing, but you could use fruit juices without sugar added, different kinds of pop, different concentrations of table sugar in water. You could throw in a pop with saccharin and one with aspartame (non sugar sweeteners). Don't forget to use a control!

I don't have anything for your title rather I have something to comment on your little experiment. (Hopefully it isn't too late)

In conclusion, nothing works better than sugar (C6H12O6). So if you intend to use sugar substitutes, you can expect the experiment to fail. Glucose, fructose, sucrose or maltose are
all sugars so if you replace them, you can expect a bunch of dead yeast.

P.S. The balloon thing is ingenious, but it doesn't truly measure how productive the substitute is. In science, people look for numbers, not how big a balloon is.
P.P.S. The reason I am not giving you a title is because I feel you'll probably need to change your science fair project and then, get a new title.
