I've been trying to get pregnant for the last 2 years. It's more important now since my grandpa found out he has leukemia and he's 79. My grandma is also having medical problems and she's 87. They both have always wanted a great grandchild.

I got HPV when I lost my virginity to a rape 4 years ago. The doctor says I should be ok to get pregnant since my paps etc have come back ok. He also did some bloodwork and found out that I was ovulating and everything was functioning normally. So why can't I seem to get pregnant? Seems like some people just snap their fingers and they're pregnant. Is there something that I should be eating or doing that helped you become pregnant?

This is the list of my past periods. If you can help me please do! Am I regular?..Which days should I try to conceive on? I'm going by the site mymonthlycycles.com but it hasn't helped yet.

try from nov 15- nov 18 and hopefully that will cover your ovulation days. your period is a little irregular and on average for a 28 day cycle you would ovulate 14 days after the 1st day of your cycle. Since your on 30-32 day cycle you need to make sure you cover more days :) It might be fun! Remember sperm can live in you for approx. 3 days. HPV should not affect you getting pregnant unless you've already reached the last stage (cancer). I have hpv and have had 2 healthy pregnancies since finding out!

You can still get pregnant with HPV. Has your B/F had his sperm count tested? Also, make sure that you and your B/F are not having sex too much, as that can lower the guy's sperm count. Wait until about 10 days after the first day of your last period and have sex every other day through the 16th day. The thing about HPV is that the closer you get to your delivery day your doctor will want to check you more often to check for problems. It is not safe to have the laser removal while pregnant, and if you have an outbreak close to labor a c-section will be needed so the baby doesn't contract it. A vaginal birth can also cause hemorrhaging if you are having an outbreak.

HPV should not affect the chances of conceiving. If you had a procedure to remove pre-cancerous cells, such as a LEEP procedure, sometimes this can lead to scar tissue on the cervix blocking the opening. But it's very rare, and your gyno would have noticed, I think. But if you continue to try with no success, you need to see an infertility specialist; they know about a lot more than regular gynos.
PS: periods look totally normal.

There is only a 25% chance in each cycle that you will become pregnant. It is considered normal for a healthy couple under 30 years old, to take up to one year to conceive.

Normal cycles vary between 24 and 36 days, unless you are having other troubling symptoms. Cycles that are roughly the same in length (which I would say yours are) are considered regular. A regular period typically lasts 5 days, but it is completely normal to menstruate for anywhere between 3 and 7 days.

Cycles vary for each women. Cycles can also vary from month to month. The day you ovulate can change each cycle. It is a myth that you ovulate on the 14th day. Some women do but it is different for everyone and can be different from cycle to cycle. The only way to definitely know when you are ovulating is to chart your waking temperature and to observe your cervical mucus. To maximize your chances of getting pregnant you have sex the 2-3 days before the day you ovulate and the day of ovulation. Have sex only once every 24 hours. This gives the sperm time to rejuvenate.

Read the book: Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. The book explains your cycle, charting and how to get pregnant. Check out the website: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/ Buy a basal thermometer at the drug store. You need to start charting your waking temperature so that you can get an accurate picture of what is happening in your cycles. This information can aid you in having sex at the correct time as well as providing your doctors with information that can lead them to figuring out what the problem is if there winds up being a problem.

Some other tips:
-When having baby sex, do not use lube (KY Jelly, astroglide, etc) it renders sperm immobile. If you want to use lube, use preseed. (Preseed promotes a sperm friendly atmosphere. You insert it 10 minutes prior to having sex.) http://www.preseed.com/
-Do not douche or use scented tampons. They alter the acidity of the vagina.
-Do not have oral sex when you are having baby sex. Saliva can kill sperm.
-Have sex in the missionary position. This allows for the deepest penetration and will deposit the sperm closest to the cervix.
-After sex, stay laying down with your pelvis slightly elevated/tilted for 15 minutes.

Have you tried a home ovulation kit? its just like a pregnancy test they come with 7 sticks in them and it explains how and when to have sex. My husband and i just started to try and i got one of the kits and found when i thought i was ovulating was different then when i was really ovulating. How you tell how long (days) your cycle is by counting from the first day you bleed so looking at your dates you have 29 day cycle so on day 12 ( starting with the first day you bleed) is your highest day to get pregnant the test also says that you should start haveing sex 48 hours before so on day 10 because sperm lives for 3-5 days in your body where your egg is only there for 24-48 hours. it gives you a higher chance of getting pregnant.i hope this helps!!

Has BF been tested for motility and counts?
Sperm replenishes quickly, but that doesn't matter if they are all blanks anyway.
He should take cool shower, stay out of hot tubs and saunas, and if he uses a laptop, he needs to keep it off the goods! Higher temps are related to decreased production.
Your periods look fine to me. Some people ovulate at different times than expected. So I would go with the window the PP gave and have as much sex as possible!
Have fun!

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/fd75a
