I need to get a plywood grinch
That looks like he is stealing garlands off the house.
With the hands extended so I can tie garlands in his hands (so it looks like he is stealing the decorations off the house.
Any idea? Or an image of the grinch doing that so I could draw it and do it?

The best way to do this is for you to build it yourself. You can either use a pattern, find a picture of what you want and project it onto your plywood, or you can find some on ebay that have been built and are ready for sale.

How to find the image you are looking for: Either check out the book from a library and copy the image you want, find one on ebay, or rent the show on DVD, put it in your computer and print the frame you want.
