11 years of marriage..happy for those 9 years past..(without any doubts)the rest of two years,argumentations started,lies,supicious affair,shouting,talking trash and disrecpecting each other..(he's got the affair not me) I could have done that too,It was so easy,But I don't want to!You know why,coz I respected him and dedicated myself,my whole life,just for him alone,for the rest of my life.Knowing he'd love me through out the years...now what....Not all married couples have that perfect relationship.(which I've thought,they were!when i was young..)After my marriage,I found out the truth behind it.My grandma & grandpa's,marriage lasted for 60 years(lifetime)My Grandpa has another woman.(my own grandma's sister) they had a son...I'm sure you all knew how painful could that be...But for the sake of their children they never divorced...But life was never again happy.(it was cold) never sleep together...Now my grandpa is very ill,His wish before he leave in this world,Is to have my grandma's 'forgiveness'...If you get that kind of patient wife,you're lucky...otherwise.......
If you were to ask me,I would prefer the happy side...That is... if we can really work things out together....Who could never want 'happiness'....

I was happy at 23 when i got married in 1998 and im happy at 32 will be celebrating 10 years April 25th 2008

We have been married for 3 and a half years and for the past few months we both have been unhappy. It is just gotten crappy and we can't get out of this rut. And yes I have I tried to get him to go to a therapist, etc.... but he will not.

i have been married for 22 years, i am very happy because my husband is not just my husband he is my bestest friend, during all these years the one thing that we never done is to lie to each other no matter what.
we always told each other how we feel, what exactly we want from each other and life.
that is why none of us feel guilty or ashame.

Married 9+ yrs and still happy. Don't get me wrong we have our bad moments. Then you get to have make up sex!
