Big Ben is a bell in the tower of the Houses of Parliament which is about 20-25 miles from Windsor.

Unless you meant Big Ben Brown, who sells the Evening Standard newspaper each weekday night on Windsor High Street (when she was alive, the Queen Mother used to slip out of the Castle to buy a copy to see the day's racing results)
