I got a cut about 3 inches on my arm and i want to know if i get will staffs disease it was a metal gate.

If the metal was rusted you'll definitely need a tetanus shot. By the way it is a staph infection; not staffs. It is short for staphylococcus.

I have heard that it depends on how deep it is, and how rusty the gate was. If you get a fairly surface cut, wash it best you can with soap and water, maybe put hydrogen peroxide on it. If it is not too deep, the air can hit it and it heals better. However, if it is deep, then the air can't get to it and you can't clean it as well, and that is how the infection starts. I would say that if it is fairly deep and the gate was dirty or rusty, you should play it safe and have your doctor check it and get the tetanus shot. If it is a shallow cut and you got it clean, you are probably okay. Call your MD on Monday if you are still anxious about it.

However with the exeption your no longer going to be working toward strength (round 5 reps) your going to work on measurement, (most likely between 12-15 reps) with a purpose to make your muscular tissues greater, however they nonetheless wont be as powerful... U shud also be eating around 240grams of protein a day...Lots... Get a protein shake and stock up on fresh eggs and meat now!

No just make sure it is clean and dissinfect it .keep covered so no infection can get in
