I have realized that I'm thinking differently than I used to. It's so strange, I used to view people who thought the way I did as "old" and now that I have become that person...I realized that life goes by so so fast. Go to a theme park, that will make you feel young, ride some rollar coasters. Do something spontaneous without loads of planning, throw a party. Travel a bit, see something new, take up a new sport or hobby. Those things will make you feel young again.

You realize that you are as young as you feel, and that, while its impossible to turn back the clock, you can stave off the effects by looking after yourself - not getting too much sun, eating well, getting enough sleep and exercise, avoiding drugs and alcohol. And remember that growing older is not in itself a disease.
When I was 7, 16 was old,
When I was 16, 30 was old.
When I was 40, 60 seemed old,
I guess if I make it to 80, everyone my age will seem old.
Old age is from where you are to how far you can see ahead.

So far I have never had a melt down due to age. I find each year a blessing, and as I get older and yes wiser, I love myself more... i embrace my life daily... God has been so very good to me... The older i get the better i look and feel.. God bless****

Yes there are times I wish I were younger, but I realize that I'm getting older and my views on things have changed because of it.
