Constantly, though very rarely in the sense that you are speaking of.

Despite a very large vocabulary, I'll stop during a conversation for almost a minute because I can't think of what words to say next. Like I forget the entire English language.

When I'm mad at my husband, no, and that's not good cos I don't know when to shut up.
But when I have to make small talk, yes, I usually am at a loss for words.

Quite a bit, actually. Usually when I'm on the phone with a friend of mine, because he says the most random things out of nowhere, and there's really nothing to say about it, except maybe wth..

Not often, but recently a woman I work with, whom I like, said that she wished she could vote for George W. Bush again. She was serious and I couldn't think what to say. I am afraid my jaw literally dropped.

Yes, this morning I thought I was going to be attacked by some strange men that pulled up behind my car and blocked me in. I just stared and could'nt even say anything.

On many occasions, as a matter of fact. Mostly when people say either incredibly stupid or confusing and contradictory things.
