I think the Browns are in an excellent position for their future. Derek Anderson is still young and can be doing this for a while. So they have a back up in Quinn who most likely wants to start but will have to earn it. So, next year their will be a healthy competition for the starting slot but with the way Anderson is playing I do not see Quinn starting this year. Cleveland may try to trade Anderson if they want to put their future in him to a team like the Dolphins who definitely need a quarterback. Right now though Quinn can't get in because Anderson is doing great.

positive. i'd really like for Cleveland to screw a good element up. That loss wasn't Derek Anderson's fault. The Browns blew a 14 factor lead interior the third Quarter. They positioned up 27 factors, and the receiver dropped what might want to were a landing or a minimum of positioned them in container objective decision. Brady Quinn can't make Edwards capture the ball or play protection. Ray Rice had a 164 yards rushing The Browns ought to commerce Anderson and start up Quinn. That way they received't supply up 2 hundred yards on the floor and 30 factors to a crew that has had difficulty scoring. Oh and if the Ravens are in basic terms the former Browns, shouldn't all and assorted in Cleveland be pulling for Baltimore besides? in the experience that they are extremely Browns followers they could have stuck with their crew, in case you persist with that prepare of concept (which i do not).

The Browns have a real dilemma on their hands, they can't keep paying the big money to Quinn for sitting on the bench and Anderson is doing better every week, I have read that there is a posibility that they will trade Anderson at draft time for a first round pick that they lost to Dallas this upcoming draft to be able to have a first round pick this year, it's a real hard decision to make as I hate to lose Anderson as there is no good quarterback to back up Quinn when they start him and if he gets hurt, I guess we will have to wait and see what happens.

Derek Anderson had been playing very well up until the second-half of the Steelers game. Tomorrow versus the Ravens will be a sign-post to answer this question; was it the Steelers D adjustments at halftime or is DA going to go into a funk that had him basically a third-stringer going into the regular season. If Quinn is needed, the season will be slipping away....he isn't the answer in a playoff push.

the Cleveland Browns are doing just fine without playing him right now and I think it was a good choice not to start him.
