That looks like a fun project.

Here is a pattern for the earrings. It can be emailed, so it doesn't matter where the seller lives or where you live.

The necklace is an ordinary cork with some wire twisted and poked in, strung on a double string of small turquoise-colored beads. Then you just write on the cork.
