Ok, some of the previous answers were just not right and not true. You are an attractive "young lady". I always hated when people called me that but I don't want to insult you by calling you a girl and you're not exactly a "woman". Keep your chin up. You're cute but it's amazing how much a confident, upbeat attitude can do for you. I know, I had low self-esteem in my teens. If you don't feel hot, fake it and people may start to believe it if they don't already.

don't listen to that hmmmmmm girl, at least you were brave enough to put your pic on the 'net. Youre not ugly, but if you want to up your self esteem...try playing with different kinds of makeup to see what looks best on you. Keep it light though...you dont want to look older than you are. Getting a haircut always cheers me up when I'm in a rut

your pic is blurry.. but i dont think your ugly.. if you want to have higher self esteem and feel better about yourself.. give yourself a little make over.. i think you should dye your hair like chocolatey or dark brown.. and layer it but keep the length and have the top layers volumized... just a suggestion.. =)
