1: With all the publicity that they get these days just for not being separated, they wouldn't have the chance to do so, but they'd both be punished because if one did it, the other knew about it or had to cooperate.
2: They do pay separately.
3: Some share part of the digestion system, and some share butt holes.
4: The other one always dies within a few hours. Cheng and Eng Bunker are an example.
5: They can give birth, though it may require intensive observation by doctors, and because conjoined twins are always identical, they cannot be separate genders.
