I LOVE my body wash. I love the smell and the bubbles and the fact that in my dry climate I don't need to use lotion because of it.

It was back in 1987-88. There were no restrictions back then. Now is a different matter.

On a side note: My mother was pregnant with my little brother back in 1971 but didn't know it. She ruptured two discs in her back and had x-rays, pain medication and surgery including anesthesia (sp?). When the dr. found out she was pregnant, he wanted her to abort it. She wouldn't because of her religion and upbringing (also because it was 1971 and abortion was a bad word). He wanted her to sign papers to institutionalize the child, if he was born alive at all. She refused.

My brother was born in July of 1972. He was perfectly healthy.

I started to be pickier about the chemicals in things. I use Bare Minerals makeup. Also you aren't supposed to use anything with salicylic acid in it while pregnant. The smell that bothered me the most: cocoa butter! That coconut smell made me gag! I had to use different lotions with shea butter. I didn't get stretch marks, so it turned out ok!

Not really. I don't use much in the first place. I do have a warning for you, do not use accutane, at all!!!! It is for acne. My late husband's mother used it in her early stages of pregnancy, before the FDA got ahold of it, and he was born with a congenital heart defect. He recently passed away seven months ago due to heart failure basically. Stay away from accutane!
I do however like the Swiss Apricot Scrub at Walmart. Fun Fun. :) Good luck on your pregnancy!

The only thing I changed was using my facial scrub with salicytic acid in it. I didn't know it could be harmful until I was 13 weeks preg though. LOL As for that "glow" I haven't quite seen one yet.

I haven't changed any of my hygeine products or make up. The only thing i have done differently is not cover those gray hairs. . .
Same soap, deorderant, same lotions, face wash, lipstick, mascara, bath oils, perfumes . . . etc.

Can't use anything with salicylic acid in it. I started using more natural products. Smells aren't really bothering me too much.
