non interference engine any day,there's always a chance even a new timing belt could break,at least with a non, you wont damage anything if it does,about all cars built now are non-interference anyway,good luck.

Forget this interference stuff. When you buy a vehicle make sure it has a timing CHAIN.

If you replace the timing belt at the recommended intervals its a non issue either way.

it doesnt take a genious... NON INTERFERENCE!!! i mean, you do know what you asking, right? If its interference the valves hit the pistons if the timing belt snaps

As long as you change the timing belt before it breaks, it really doesn't matter.
