Yes, Gorgeous knew you had returned to R&S - and she emailed me, as she knew I would be happy to hear this. It was a very kind act to do that. So today I was doublely blessed.

A plane was flying toward the sun, reflecting the sunlight. It and its contrail were brilliant golden white light. It was beautiful, like a comet.

To me spirituality is a state of being. I live in a Muslim country and am reminded at the break of dawn, by their call to worship, that God is omnipresent. Then I see my wife preparing to start her day, and am grateful for that gift.
Then if I remember, I start my day with step 11, in an attempt to improve my conscious contact with God as I understand God.

Just being a friend and offering prayer to a mechanic at work,who is suffering with Lymphoma...He shared his concern with me about an injection that he will recieve tomorrow that will place his bone marrow into hyper gear to mass produce the much needed white blood cells that the chemotherapy has destroyed...I am one of the only persons at work that he gets along with and likes....
