If you want something that will make your penis bigger there are few things you can do. Jelqing and stay healthy. Keep your respiratory , heart and blood healthy. DO lots of cardio, don't rush jelqing because you will only end up hurting yourself. It takes time to acumulate. Rest periods are vital also. It takes months and for some people even years. But only took me 1 month for some results. And heat is very important and a lubricant. . Nevery try dry jelqing, you will just scrap off your man skin there. definately not worth it. but my more noticeable gains were of girth. results vary from people to people but mine were mostly girth. For length you have to stretching routines that help stretch out the ligament of the penis over time. But What I think Is more important is girth as I am alread alittle over 7 inches anyway. I was 5.25 girth now thanks to jelqing and patience I am 5 and 7/16of an inch. It is completely free to try and only you can hurt yourself if you try this and don't follow the procedures and warnings of jelqing improperly how to jelq properly.
