When I was around 15-16yrs. old. I would masturbate about 4 times per day. Now that I'm married maybe 2-3 times per week.

you can masturbate as much as you want. to much would be to the point that you rub your self raw. if you use lube that wont happen. there is no maximum number of times.

I'd say that it varries from guy to guy. when it gets to the point when you can't resist masturbation when youre horny is when you should stop.

its fine, just don't do it to the point that you start eating up all the food in your house after masterbating and loose too much energy to work or excercise.
