No variations that I know of. I like the crunchine things on top though. LOL. I have a pretty good recipe for canned corn that is way easy if you want it.

I only hope the hospital cafeteria will have it...since that's where I'll be...at the hospital, hard at work.

Every year! Yeah, chop uf some onions and fresh garlic real fine and add some lemon juice or lemon zest to the mix......good stuff!
