Not so much famous but beautiful duet:
Beethoven Allegro and Minueto Duet
You can enter that in you tube and hear it. It's very pretty.
Also you can try some of the Nutcraker pieces that have flute solos. They are all beautiful.

W.A. Mozart Flute & Harp Concerto and Vivaldi has also some great flute concertos.

Don't forget the Vivaldi "Bullfinch" Concerto, so-called becasue the first movement imitates a bullfinch.
The exquisite second movement is often called the "Vivaldi Pastorale."
