Don't worry, prolonged sexual tension normally leads to blue-balls. They usually last only a couple of hours after the release of such tension. In your case, with your girlfriend being out of town, try watching some else, like an action thriller or a comedy that will get the tension off and sleep early. It will be a different day tomorrow. Good luck!

Perhaps you need a different hobby.
If it is really painful, there may be an infection somewhere or a blockage. If it doesn't go away in a few hours, it would be a good idea to consult with your health care provider.
Your girlfriend will appreciate it if you take precautions against giving her an infection.

Well if you're not going to beat off you'll just have to suffer until your girlfriend is back in town. OH for crying out loud...just beat off. Everyone does it.

Get a hammer.....put your thumb on a table....and then hit your thumb with the hammer as hard as you can.
You'll forget about your testicles for just a moment.

Why don't you beat off? It is healthy especially if your testicles are sore.
