When I was plug my pen drive in my computer.Then It was found hardware but when click on removele drive icon then said "Insert a disk in to drive F"

Hi. Power down, remove the pen drive, reboot and when it's up plug in the drive. It should come up with either 'New hardware found' or the drive will just show up in 'My Computer'. If not the drive may have to be formatted to the same file configuration as your computer.

also try reinstalling the 'pen drive softy'(if they had given u an minidisc)with it
