Depends on your viewpoint, not being American and having looked at the American constitution for over 50 years, I would opine (and it is only my opinion) that it is the greatest means for protecting the corruption that is the American legal system and allowing criminals to escape true justice, which appears to be based on "you're as guilty as your bank account allows you to be" .. as with most legal systems in the world today, justice has been surrendered or removed from the populace by means of votes .. you vote for someone to do a job and they appear to assume the right to interpret the laws etc., as they see fit .. in order to stop you from protesting they then create laws, such as 'contempt of court' and 'Secrecy acts' to stop you from illuminating the facts that they are internally corrupt and don't want people showing up their weaknesses and stupidity .. i.e.: the definition of Gross stupidity is 144 solicitors and the definition of gross lies is 144 politicians
