Have to share something with you. My husband was given a black squirrel sandwich from a friend who belongs to a hunting club. He didn't tell him what it was--my hubby said that it was really good--just like chicken-the dark meat.

I prefer roasted skunk with a herbed butter sauce. Do you need the recipe? It's yummy and a real crowd pleaser!!! Be sure to serve the choco. covered rat on a stick for dessert!!! SIMPLY SCRUMPTIOUS!!!!
