The tickets will not have a $$$ value, and the Archdiocese of NY will distribute them to the local parishes for distribution to the public. There will be tickets available for people outside of NY City.

I think there will be tickets available, but without a price.
As for the pope playing baseball, i doubt he would play in the unholy american league aka the DH league.

HA this is great!! the Pope is gonna give a Mass in Yankee stadium! Couldn't happen at a better time! He's blessing Yankee stadium! 27 for 2008!! Thanks Pope! When i read that last week i was laughing my @SS off! He canceled his trip to Boston!
