You need to be more specific on the area...it takes an hour to get from one side to the other. I have a 2bedroom 1 bath house
in east Mesa that rents for about $900

Answer, like all real estate questions, is location/location, etc. In the less desireable neighborhoods, five hundred will cover it. In upscale areas, a couple thou would get you a good place. I know that is quite a range, but,,, You may be better off looking for someone who needs a roomie....beware of the wierdos.
