where is the best place to buy diamond jewelry?

I would advise you to search the web for jewellers in your area. Buying a diamond online is a risky business. I would'nt buy a diamond without seeing it for myself, right in front of me.
Also ask friends and family to recommend a trusted jeweller or diamond dealer. Everybody has a family member or friend who has a trusted jeweller they use.

Not a well known jewellry store that cells cubic zirconas and simulated sapphires and rubys. Italian places are good, look into a store that doesnt sell jewellry for under $250. Coz then you know that is a 'cheap' jewellry store.
