Or if you can't afford that, just talk to one of your close friends, but choose carefully, you have to choose someone who will be sympathetic, but who doesn't have too many problems of their own, otherwise they're probably going to use you talking to them as an opportunity to talk about themselves. They have to be someone you're really close to, who knows you really well and you know who will look out for you.

Also positive thinking works really well, but only for a while, so in the long run, yes, you may have to talk to a psychiatrist.

Good luck!

If someone attacked you, it would be normal to feel really bad. Honestly, I've never been truly suicidal, but if I were I would probably do a few things right now to try to improve my overall feelings. I would take a really nice hot bubble bath and curl up with a book in bed. If your arm is hurting you, take 2 Advil or whatever you are taking for pain, except for that percosette garbage. Paint your nails of toe nails. Rub some moisturizer into your feet. Most important, you are going to need to get some extra sleep. The saying "the darkest hour is right before the dawn" is correct. Go see a movie tomorrow with a friend, to rent a DVD and watch it together.

This is a result of tension and it also indicates that you are hurt deep inside. As you have not explained in detail what happened to you so far in life so it's difficult to assess your situation but i can suggest you is that try to make true freinds and share your problems with them or try to share your problems with ur relatives.
Please for GODSAKE stop feeling about suicide it is Haram in Islam so please don't think about that.

Sometimes these things are caused by physiological problems, not always psychological. Try a good multi vitamin B.
