The custody agreement is usually within the divorce decree. If you can get your mom to show you the divorce papers, it will have it on there. My advice to you.. love both the same, you have 3 more years to enjoy your life as a child. Focus on school. You can live with both.. a weekend at moms and a weekend at dads.. its tough I know. I'm a divorced mom and I can see what my son went through at first.. but he choses to live with me and spends his weekends and some time in the summer with his dad.. it works out.. good luck.. hugs...

The divorce agreement would be public record. If your parents will not share it, then go to the court house in the county the divorce took place and get a copy of the record. There may be a small fee for making you copies, but it is public record and you are entitled to it.

You would have to ask either of your parents to show you, I don't know if they would give it to you at the country court house. You could try. You will need to know the case number of the divorce and will have to pay. You can go online and see if they have it before driving down there.

At 15, you can choose with whom of your parents to live with because you can already discern what is right for you. Thus, inform the court that has jurisdiction over your person and you parents so that you can live happily ever after now.

I recommend you go to www.lawguru.com and post this question. You can ask this question under "family law" in Colorado, and you should get a couple of answers within a couple of days.

Your parents are the only ones who can answer that for you. Ask one of them.
