Unless you are from some foreign planet, I think you could answer this question with a 2nd grade education. Let's come up something a little more challenging.

No, the Arctic is the Area around the Earth's north pole and is not greatly inhabited. Certainly not by 80% of the world's population.

No,...It defies all logic that the largest part of the population lives in a small harsh area of the world. When you look at the arctic circle, you have northern Canada, Greenland, Siberia. Antarctica. Not exactly the population centers of the world.
