i would leave out of principal but that's just me. i am like that. but that has not done well by me in life. i just have very strong principals and feel making a statement is more important than any job. but please do what is best for you.

Some times life is not fair, but it's fine, she will find another job. You can stay in yours. When the time comes for you to leave, let it be because you found another one better, not because of what happens to a co worker. It happens all the times. That's life.

I would talk to either your boss or the girl about the situation to address the unfairness to your boss. If the girl doesn't want to say anything about the unfairness to her boss, or whatever she says doesn't get through to them, you go, you talk to your boss and tell them that the injustice she has dished is making you feel uncomfortable and maybe some others too working there. Depending on how that goes and the time of availability of your next job, you decide.

if u are correct then this could be very serious;a persons
career and/or means-of-support denied them,unfairly.

It happened to me once and i went to his boss; i was a
temp and basically told to shut-up;write to his manager but
be in no mistake- we all live in a darwinian taught world
and you had better understand that after writing and
explaining the facts as you clearly saw them, you could
be run off too;and even quicker that the first one.

I would confront the manager. In failing that, I would confront their superior. After all this is done, then decide whether to stay or leave.

What you REALLY need to be worried about now is the manager is like a mad dog that's tasted blood. They will be looking to victimise somebody else now.

can you afford to leave-be in bewteen jobs? If so, that is what I would do.
If possible-if it wasn't justified-can you bring it up with some one who is higher up than the manager??

I would stay, but you need to stick up for your friend
especially, if you know your friend was right about
whatever it was.Friends stand up for their friends.

God Bless You.
