can someone tell me how many GB are my stuff, altogether? I just wanna know how much memory I have left for my iPhone's 8GB limit. (I've listed all the items' size below)

i got 3.37 so you'll have 4.63 GB left
i think vickystarr thought there were 1000MB in a GB
but there are actually 1024MB in a GB
even though there is really not difference...
o yeah and in itunes, when you plug your iphone in and it brings up the iphone info, at the bottom it will tell you how much memory is remaining

If I calculated correctly, then that means you have 3454.7 MB total. That equals 3.4 GB. That means that 8 GB - 3.4 GB = YOU HAVE 4.6 GB LEFT!
