if he died at 34 i really dont think thats a good mutation..lol...sickle cell is a good one but it has its drawbacks..lol serios ones..skin is a good one but makes me wonder why did our skin change if lighter skin is sucseptible to skin cancer and other skin problems.

there was a man who had a mutation in a part of his brain that made his more aware and more capable of understanding and working out logical problems. he died 20 years ago at the age of 34 but that could be considered a good mutation

The vast majority of mutations are detrimental and cause problems or death. Some are "sort of" good. Like Cycle Cell Anemia. It prevents malaria, but if a person inherits it from both parents, it can cause death.
