Irregular periods are normal at your age, they will settle down as you get older. Some people experience stomach aches and others dont. Sometimes its because of a condition called endometriosis which is where womb tissue grows outside the womb and becomes inflamed with each period.
First I would get your mum to check your discharge to see if it is abnormaly smelly or not. This is a bit embarrassing but not as embarrassing as having a doctor examine you unnecessarily.
Secondly If your periods continue to be very painful I would go to the doctor and ask about endmetriosis. I'm giving you a link about it.

Being a man, I am no expert on periods. I don't know how much it should smell. But, you are obviously distressed so I can offer a little. There is a supplement you can take called Dehydroepiandrosterone. DHEA for short. It is the pre-cursor for all human hormones. It virtually wipes out menopause in women so maybe it will have a beneficial effect for you. It will help balance your hormones and possibly relieve some of the symptoms. You may be able to buy it as a cream in a pharmacy, but I know you can get it from Neways International. Google to find a rep near you.

There is nothing wrong with you. I have been through it too. The reason why its like that it's because that's how your body reacts when your on it. You can take midol it helps your back aches and for your stomach aches, its called cramps. Buy heating patch for your stomach. The one that sticks to your underwear. It should help. But you have to go see a doctor since you get it every 3 months, and that's not normal, to be safe. good luck

You are probably normal. Periods sometimes take a while to get regulated. For the cramps ask your Mom if you can get some Midol or Motrin. When you can use a heating pad or hot water bottle on the tummy. About the odor make sure you wash really well with a deodorant soap. Also carry with you to school some personal wipes, they sell them with the pads and tampons. When you change wipe off with the wipes and that will also help. Vagisil powder is also good. It has no talc in it so it is safe to use in the private areas. Good Luck. I know how that is/was for me.

well it could all be normal. the first two years of your period are usually messed up. sometimes its heavy, light, long, short, etc. during that time it is normal to skip months when youre supposed to have it. if your period only lasts 3 days, that is totally normal! some people have like 8 days to cope with it. the length just varies from person to person. as to the smell- that is probably normal too. sorry. some ppl just smell really bad when they get it. not just the actual blood and stuff- but theyre body gives off this odor too. it sucks for them, but its natural. the aches are normal. take midol or something. smell- idk what you could do. perfume or something? idk how u feel about scented pads or tampons, but you could try those too.

There is a lot of variability in how often women get their periods and how long they will last. (It smells bad for everyone though - believe it or not, tampons get rid of a bunch of the mess and smell.) If you're worried, please see your doctor or a gynecologist, as they're the only ones who can really tell you what's going on.

The pain is normal. Tylonel is hwat I take. DO NOT take more than the bottle says. before my first baby, my cramps had me doubled over in pain just crying. Some women dont' get theirs often. I always got mine every month. Some people don't. Usually only you smell it becuase you know it is there. Others dont' notice.

okay well this is normnal for your age periods dont get steady till oyu get older the older you get the steadier they get.and you can get flower scent ed pads and some pads have baking soda in them which eats odors. how long have you been on your period?you can wear tampons i was on my period for 6months before i started using tampons and it didnt hurt me. its better because you cant feel the blood sliding down, you can barely feel the tampon in their, and it keeps the blood from being exposed and you can barely smell it. it also helps to take showers in the mornings and especially EVERY day wneh your on your period.
i have had lots of experience so please trust me
if you have any other questions or comments seriously you can come to me. i dontknow you and om a girl too so i wont judge yoo . i promise

you have an irregular period. it's probably nothing serious but to be safe you should ask your mom to get you an appointment at the doctors. you should'nt hesitate or feel embarrassed because you're stuck with your body for forever and it's important that it's healthy.
