There isn't one specific program that can remove all malware and that is especially true of trojans. Your best best is to do a Google search on the trojan name and find out how to remove it.

I have allways used AVG as my virus and trojan remover, but DO NOT USE MORE THEN ONE ANTI VIRUS PROGRAMME.
AVG can be downloaded via http://free.grisoft.com as well as anti spyware free and anti root-kit free. all in one nice and easy place!!
