how can you start a company when you're only in high school and have no connections?

Is it possible and how do u start a website.?

get a workplace for your business, hire some people, get advertising, to start a website you can go on like freewebs, but to do this you need alot of spare time. and besides your only in highschool

If you have to ask here how to start a website, it's not very likely you are going to be able to if you don't know that much about websites.

If you have a specific idea for a site that could make money, maybe you could find a classmate who has the technical knowledge needed and team up.
