Is there somewhere I can sign up for a penpal for free?

I am 13 and I would like to write to somebody. Do you know of anywhere safe I could sign up?

why write when you can email .
try myspace,yahoo groups
you can even write to me.

Send me an email and you can talk to me, I just retired early because of menieres disease. Could use the company, drop me an email if you are interested.
