The monkey would win because he is smart enough to pick up a knife and use it on the dog. Dog paws don´t hold knives very well. I know this because in the Sudan they train monkeys to use knives to kill the Welalas that raid desert camps. The Welala is very similar to the American coyote which has dog characteristics but is much smarter.
The average attack time is less than 45 seconds before the monkey slits the Welala´s throat.

It depends on the kind of dog and the kind of monkey but if it was a chimpanzee I would take it over any dog ( Chimps can be very ferocious )

Depends on the size of the animals. If they were the same size then the monkey may have a slight adavantage.

The monkey. I mean, come on. He can pick up his poo and throw it at the dog. Blinding him (and making him sick) temporarily. I wouldn't want to be in a fight with an animal and they throw sh*t at me!
