is it possible to transfer funds from a paypal account onto a prepaid debit card?

I have never tried. I do know you can apply for a PayPal debit card. This would eliminate the need to transfer money as it draws directly from you PayPal account.

I think the only options are to transfer your money into a bank account or they will issue you a Paypal debit card.
