Honestly, my big hope for Science at the moment is that:
A.) Science finds the means to reverse global warming
B.) Science finds a cure for HIV
Teletransportation can wait, in my opinion.

It is a great idea, but the universe has to obey the laws of physics. On the other hand, quantum mechanics may have something to offer. Watch this space....

i think it has the potential... but I doubt it would happen. with so many problems in the world, science/technology is not even close to the pace that it could be.
the only think that would make it probable, in my opinion, is if we found an alien technology that uses it.
