I grew up in Long Island, New York. I'm proud because the families in my town were (and still are) very close. We grew up together and learned from each other. It was a great environment for children. I'm proud because our high school basketball, football and track teams were among the best in the state. I'm proud because as adults we are still close and we still play a positive role in each others lives.

haha. i have the most boring hometown on the face of the planet, yet tons of people move here all the time (cuz its so close to atlanta)!
ever heard of cumming, ga? i didnt think so.
all we have here is a movie theatre, a bowling alley, and a boiled peanut stand.

for me, i naturally love my hometown. just the fact that i was born there makes me proud. (sounds corny,but its true)

Well, actually, we are another eight miles from
the closest town, and there isn't much to be proud
of. Sad to say, it is a town of low income and
