According to the book, "Cow Things," it happened long ago before binoculars were invented where a man could see the cow from really far away. Until binoculars were invented man was afraid of cows because of all the mooing. He instinctively thought the cow was god and that god was telling him to "moove." Therefore man was nomadic. It wasn't until cows and chickens got together before man realized we could slaughter all these animals, get a free morning alarm and have a dang good breakfast at Denny's with the two dollar coca cola.

He was a hermit living in what was called Persia -his name was Longbutton-and he noticed a calf was getting an unusual thrill out of sucking on its moms tate and so being bored he said to himself-hey what you got to lose? Hope this clarifies this for you--I think his first name was Henry.

people observed from a distance how the calf feed from its mom and they understood how the milk came out and someone which we will never know tried the first milking

i think that will never be found out but many times a wild cow will be sucked on by a snake and if a man seen that then maybe he would try it also

Well, i think first someone saw the cow's babies drink from there and then they must have got really thirsty and tried doing it themselves. And it worked!
