Don´t write the song please.
If you are not inspired and if you are counting on the scattered ideas that we- people that don't even know you!- might give you then it's not going to be good.
You have to feel the need. Isolate youself from the world and do it. And then tell us about it.

You should buy a copy of the book: "Songwriting for Dummies". No, I'm not calling you a dummy. It's a great book that covers all the bases. Very informative. Also, you might want to download a software called: "Easy Music Composer Free". (http://www5f.biglobe.ne.jp/~mcs/emc.html).
This will inspire you to create music. The shareware version is even better, and removes all the limitations. It's one of the most incredible pieces of music software you can find (at least in my opinion), and it creates some fantastic melodies.
Just make sure to slow down the tempo (BPM) initially. Try experimenting. Keep in mind that the author is Japanese, so you may have a little trouble understanding the help file. Good luck!

just think of something your really passionate about
something political
something about love
something about something youve done
i mean hell the best songs every written were written when the artist was at their most emotional. So the next time something really pisses you off or when you feel a wave of emotion, write about it
or you can write some goofy song about how shitty parents are and lesbians...those don't require much effort but their fun to write
