i got zonealarm firewall and becasue of that my internet work work, someone said i have to make it recognize my network or something? what should i do to make it work, step by step would be nice but any answer that would help is appreiciated. :))

step one: uninstall zonealarm firewall, its piece of crap!!!
step two: visit the Ashampoo site to download Firewall from there.
Its the best thing you will ever use. Been using it forever.

try turning off the firewall that came with your computer.
1 go to control panel, click on windows security center and turn off the firewall, because if you have two firewalls running at the smae time it could cause conflict. so try that and i hope it works.
