I'm creating an internet show, to be shown somewhere like youtube. My question is do I need to get permission to talk about websites, or even to show the site I'm talking about? Also if I wanted to discuss a new 360 game coming out and show the game. Or even to review a game. Would I need permission for this as well. I know money plays a part in it as well, I may have some sponsors lined up to cover costs of production.
Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure.

I would think so, especially if you're making profit. If you're just "blurbing" it, you might not need to. Write to someone in marketing, or the webmaster, to ask.

A serious note: if a game is not yet available to the public, you should not do anything with it. If you got it illegally, you'll be in serious trouble. If you are a tester, it probably violates your contract with the distributor to reveal any details prior to its release. (All testers need to sign non-disclosure agreements.)

No, if you're just showing short clips and pictures for review purposes, you don't need to get permission.
