its hard to make someone really feel better when you dont know the reason for the sadness what i do know is the things in life that get you down make you a stronger wiser person and that gives you the ability to face your fears and your bad days. try to keep warmth in your heart and surround yourself with people that truly love you{family} do not sit alone and punish your self mentaly get up and get out there be nice to people smile and wave to strangers maybe they are haveing one of those days to i could go on and on but i dont have the time hope you feel better soon good luck
