It would only close a chapter in my life, I would continue to exist.
I would adapt. Would you?

God, i will be missing you people. I will be missing all the intelligent people. I will surely look for a means to get back. It has been part of my routinary work. If ever, i will be then continue reading my philosophy books. I know the internet will someday get back for it is a very important tool in communication. Internet makes a better alternative in the development of science and technology. It keeps the world smaller. It is the easiest and fastest way of infomation. Surely, i will be sad.

Thanks for asking. Have a great day!

It's strange, but when the Internet isn't working, although I'm disappointed at first - I *can* actually live without it! I just have to find different ways to entertain myself! =)

If it was permanently gone, I would be extremely unhappy but I would get over it eventually - there are other things to do, after all. But I would feel that I was suddenly a lot more restricted! No Googling things, no chatting on MSN, etc. I'd have to actually go out and socialise with people... =( Lol!

I don't depend on the Internet for anything.

I come her to answer questions with the hope it helps someone somewhere. If the Internet disappeared I'd do the same in a different way. Sharing information with people is a very important part of my life.

I would very much miss the Internet, mainly because of the vast highway of information. Before it was introduced, I spent days, weeks and months poring over library books and often was unable to find the information sought. At least not up-to-date info. So it has become a priceless tool for me, something which I scoffed at in the beginning...

I would be lost for about a week and after about 2 months i would have completely forgotten the Internet ever existed.

It is the most important of all the least important things in the world.

i would be devastated.
i adore the internet and i think its the greatest invention of the modern world.
if something happens that i have no knowledge and need to know i just google the word and i discover what its about.
if iam lonely its there, if i want to laugh its there.
i dont need to read the papers, books, it saves trees!
i can communicate with ppl.
i learn loads, its cheap enterntainment.
i can get a wider perspective on everything.

its progress, and i look forward to the future.

I expect my curiosity would have to go unsatisfied and my life would be the poorer but I would be living more in the real world. Most of the questions I needed answered all my life I have already asked. Now to get on with the gardening.

Much more complicated. As a translator, most of my work arrives and is sent by e-mail. On the other hand, if we went back to snail-mail, I wouldn't be faced with impossible deadlines, for instance receiving 2500 words at 7 o'clock in the evening (CET) and being expected to send it by 6.00 am GMT!

I am sure I would adjust. In fact, I have other things to do than to answer questions. There are many books to read. I need to study. I could be watching football. I could be praying for self improvement.

for a person like me whose internet connection goes on and off every few days, i can say that i can adjust very well without it. but i would miss two things a lot, scrapping and chatting with my online friends, and reading online manga(japanese comics).
other than that, i would love to face the real world anytime.
:)
