If this is really the 2009 Acura TSX
does it look too much like the cadillac cts?

you people are crazy. that fron is almost an exact copy. the sharp angles. and the pointed front.

It has sharp edges...yes, but so does the TL and RL. It's Acura's new design. Cadillac has also been going with the sharp angles. Yes, it looks like both companies have designers who appear to be only using a ruler.
As for if it looks like a CTS....nope, doesn't look like a CTS.

I can see how you think it looks like a CTS with it's lines. It's definately doesn't look like a copy. I think it's tail lights kind of look like the G35/37. It's a really sharp car!!

Holy crap! that thing is beautiful! Iv'e never seen it before! Maybe it looks a tad like a CTS but I wouldn't compare it too an american piece of crap. Oh wait! that has a honda emblem! it actually looks like the new accord!
